Standard UK delivery is available across our full range. Typical delivery windows are 1-5 working days depending on item size and stock location.

Specialist products such as hoists, profiling beds and lift systems may require engineer setup. We will confirm lead times before dispatch.

Unwanted standard items can be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging. Bespoke and hygiene-sealed items may be excluded.
